The Scudo Investimenti SG was formed as a joint-stock company on July 31, 2007 and entered in the Company Register on August 31, 2007, under no. 4940.
On September 26, 2007, the company was also entered in the Register of Licensed Entities of the Central Bank of San Marino under no. 65.
Its corporate purpose is mainly to provide collective investment services. Hence, the Scudo Investimenti SG carries on a “reserved” activity under letters E and F of Annex 1 to the LISF legislation (i.e. Law on Banking, Financial and Insurance Businesses and Services no. 165 of 17 November 2005), and is subject to supervision by the Central Bank of San Marino.
The Scudo Investimenti SG, based in the Republic of San Marino, has been officially operating since October 2, 2007 with a fully paid-up capital stock of € 200,000.
