The Promoters

Banca Partner S.p.A. and SMI – San Marino Investimenti s.a. are its two promoters, both owning 50 per cent of the capital stock.

Banca Partner S.p.A. has been the first San Marino bank operating in the private banking sector. Established in 2002, it relies on highly skilled professionals with longstanding experience in the banking and financial sector at international level. Notably, it provides customized private banking services and advice in investment banking operations.

SMI – San Marino Investimenti s.a., formed in 1984, has been the first financial company of San Marino. It operates in the fiduciary, portfolio investment, and leasing sectors, and is specialized in international planning of equity investments. It belongs to a well-established group operating in the transport, financial, fiduciary and non banking sectors.
